Three output streams off one line. Each is intended to be screened, dedusted and packaged to a defined grade so a customer's formulation stays stable from batch to batch.
The woody inner core of the stalk, decorticated and cleaned of bast fiber, leaf and dust. Our intended primary product and the standard aggregate for hemp-lime construction.
Target use: hempcrete, precast block, bio-based panel core, loose-fill insulation, molded products.
Long fiber separated from the outer stalk. Planned availability in baled or cut lengths depending on downstream handling equipment.
Target use: fiber reinforcement, batt and mat insulation, nonwoven composite feedstock.
The fine fraction pulled during dedusting. We intend to recover it rather than discard it, and make it available to customers with an application for it.
Target use: filler, bedding, soil amendment, pellet feedstock.
The grades below are the production targets our line is being specified around. They are not yet validated against commissioned equipment — final published specifications, and lot-level certificates of analysis, will follow our first production runs.

Unit weights per bag, bale and trailer load will be published once packaging equipment and freight arrangements are finalized. Shipments will move with a bill of lading, lot documentation and the applicable hemp transport paperwork. See Compliance for how material will be documented in transit.
Material dried and held to a target moisture band before packaging, because moisture drives both binder behavior and storage stability.
Aspiration is the difference between a hurd that meters cleanly and one that fouls a mixer. Fines will be pulled, measured and reported.
Screened to grade rather than sold as run-of-line, so the aggregate curve a formulation was designed around does not shift mid-project.
Each outbound lot referencing its inbound source, processing date, grade and test results.
